Staff Accountant - Close & GAAP Specialist

Beacon Hill is seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our accounting team in Alexandria, VA. The role supports month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting, requiring strong corporate accounting fundamentals and advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience, familiarity with GAAP, and experience with Great Plains.
