Support Technician

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join their team onsite in Bellevue, WA and provide end-user support.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required
• Stage and build systems
• Complete special projects as requested
• Follow Asset Management policy and procedure

Skills and Qualifications :

• Good communication skills
• Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
• Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
• Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
• iOS and Android working knowledge
• Good customer support skills
• Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
• Desk-side support service experience

Wage Range :
The rate for this position is between $23.25 - $31.00 per hour , unless local minimum wage is higher. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
