Kelly Services is seeking temporary General Laborers for a food production facility in Archbold, OH. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and possess good attendance, a positive attitude, and strong communication skills. Experience in food production is preferred but not required.
Essential Job Functions:
- Work assigned shifts and required overtime as needed
- Maintain regular attendance to meet production demands
- Follow instructions and safety regulations at all times
- Use, or learn to use, necessary equipment and tools for the position
- Demonstrate clear communication skills and attention to detail
- Work both independently and within a team environment
- Move and lift up to 50 lbs
Job Duties:
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Perform prep work for operations
- Rotate between line positions as assigned
- Open and dump bags of ingredients
- Fill nesting trays and carton magazines
- Assemble cases and hand place product onto the production line
- Pack finished cartons into cases
- Maintain housekeeping and perform cleanup duties
- Follow all safety, GMP, and quality standards
