Speech Language Pathologist

Position Overview We are seeking licensed Speech‑Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full‑time, school‑based positions in Victorville and Needles, California. Contract Dates August 4, 2026 – June 3, 2027 (subject to change). Locations Victorville, CA (2 openings, K6) Needles, CA (1 opening, K12, includes travel option) Schedule Full‑time: 37.5 hours per week. Onsite only; no remote or virtual services. Responsibilities Provide speech and language therapy services to students in K6 or K12 settings. Perform evaluations, screenings, and assessments. Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams. Supervise and coordinate services alongside SLPAs. Maintain accurate and compliant documentation. Caseload Details Victorville, CA (2 Positions) Grade Levels: K6 Caseload: Approximately 55 students per SLP SLPA support provided All services conducted onsite within the district Needles, CA (1 Position) Grade Levels: K12 Caseload: Approximately 55 students SLPA support provided Potential travel to Monument Peak reservation; approximately 2‑hour drive each way; mileage reimbursement provided.
