We’re Hiring: Architecture Student Intern
We are looking for a highly motivated 2nd- or 3rd-year Architecture student to join our team and work on real-world residential development and renovation projects in Seattle.
This internship is designed for students who want hands-on experience beyond the classroom and are excited about the intersection of:
* Architecture
* Real Estate Development
* Investment
* Construction
* Entrepreneurship

What You’ll Do
* Conduct zoning and land-use research for residential projects
* Evaluate project feasibility and development potential
* Assist with city permitting and approval processes
* Support schematic design and construction documentation
* Coordinate with structural and civil engineers
* Work directly with project managers on active projects

*Current 2nd- or 3rd-year undergraduate student in:
* Architecture
* Architectural Design
* Related field
* Strong skills in:
* Revit
* AutoCAD
* SketchUp
* Basic understanding of:
* Zoning codes
* Residential construction
* Permitting process
* Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn
