The Consolidated Manufacturing Center in McKinney, Texas is seeking an onsite Product Manager for Interorganizational (IOT), NPI New Product Integration (NPI) and/or Production Programs with operations experience who will be responsible for guiding execution and/or developing program plans to introduce new products to factory operations. What You Will Do Ensure that functional and factory areas are executing strategies to meet cost, quality, and schedule requirements while focusing on profitability, improved ROI and sustained growth. Lead collaboratively across all of Operations and Supply Chain and key business partners in Program Operations Management (POM), Program Management Office (PMO), Engineering and Mission Assurance. Demonstrated performance in business operations, performance measurement systems, and command media. Lead or support factory meetings (HMT, Retrospective/IPT, Tiers) and production activities, including team engagement, production control, value stream mapping, proposal efforts, and LRE/EAC activities; requires strong verbal and written communication skills. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience. Professional experience in factory operations, engineering and/or supply chain with experience in a team environment Experienced in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) Experience using metrics to develop implementation of the Build Plan or MRP plan to meet customer contractual commits U.S. Citizenship is required with ability obtain and maintain a US Secret Security Clearance Qualifications We Prefer Experience in Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing policies and procedures Demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma/CORE, and other Operational CORE Certification Experience using business and project management tools and procedures such as Risk Management and Financial Forecast Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills with demonstrated ability to bring structure to vaguely defined problems, pragmatically scope problem solving approach, and manage execution Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
