Schedule

Night Shift: 7 PM - 7 AM, 3-12 hour shifts per week, rotating weekends and holidays.

Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for our NICU unit. The ideal candidate will provide specialized care to infants, focusing on various medical interventions, including respiratory management and central line management.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients aged 2 years and under, including preemies (from 28 weeks and above).
• Manage respiratory care, including intubated patients.
• Perform advanced procedures: central line insertions, circumcisions, exploratory laps, gastroschisis reductions, and PDA ligations.
• Work collaboratively with a team including RNs, LVNs, PCTs, and Nurse Externs.
• Document patient care activities in CPN and Meditech systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of Level III NICU experience.
• Current BLS and NRP certifications required.
• Experience with surgical and cardiac patients preferred.
