As a Bilingual Relationship Banker Business Specialist within PNC's retail branch banking organization, you will be based in our Lakeview branch, Paterson, NJ. Bilingual, English/Spanish, required.

Job Description

The role involves:

• Acquiring and expanding share of wallet for Consumer and Business Banking opportunities under 2MM in sales revenue.
• Proactive lead management and referral generation.
• Developing ecosystem leadership inside and outside of the branch as a COI.
• Client experience and hospitality management.
• Working with the branch team to identify consumer and business banking opportunities to create referrals.
• Creating client loyalty and growing client share of wallet through a differentiated client experience.
• Managing risk through adherence to all policies and procedures.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $48,100.00 $106,600.00Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
