We are seeking a polished, bilingual (Spanish-speaking) Receptionist to join a busy and professional law firm in North Jersey. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being the face of an office, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in creating a welcoming and organized experience for clients and visitors.

The ideal candidate is professional, detail-oriented, personable, and comfortable multitasking in a client-facing legal environment.

Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls in both English and Spanish
• Manage conference room scheduling and office calendars
• Handle incoming/outgoing mail, deliveries, and office supplies
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining client records
• Support attorneys and administrative staff with general office tasks
• Maintain a polished and organized front desk and reception area
• Assist with data entry, filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written)
• Prior receptionist, front desk, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office systems
• Law firm or professional services experience is a plus, but not required

Salary: $50,000
