Sharp Transportation - CDL-A Company Truck Drivers

Sharps professional elite drivers are the driving force behind our success. Pay and Earnings:

$6,000 to $8,000 Monthly

Experienced drivers earn top pay with our tiered bonus structure:

• CPM pay based on experience

• Safety Bonus: $0.02 CPM

• Additional bonuses available paid for safety, production and retention. Ask your recruiter for details

• Annual pay increases

• Weekly pay via direct deposit

• Exciting retention and referral bonuses available

• Paid layover, detention, and breakdown pay

Sharp Transportation values work-life balance for our drivers! We offer 1 day home for every 7 days out, up to 6 days consecutively! Paid home-time travel.

How We Run:

• 11 Western states

• 10,000 - 13,000+ miles per month

• Consistent freight - if you want miles, you'll get them

• Pre-planned dispatch

• Newer automatic trucks (refrigerators + fold-down bunk in every truck)

Freight:

NO TOUCH FREIGHT! With the exception of our one exciting dedicated account, cookie loads pay an average of $250 - $300 per trailer unloaded, plus mileage. Utah loads are all pre-loaded - no waiting.

Benefits:

• Great benefit package available after 60-90 days

• 401(k) only after 30 days

Requirements:

• CDL-A license

• 1 year of driving experience

• No major tickets or accidents in the last 3 years

• No SAP

• 22 years of age or older
