Working closely with the Executive Business Manager andExecutive Principal,you willplay a key role in ensuring the effective management of the finance function,ensuring consistent implementation of policies and procedures. What We're Looking For Areliable,experienced finance professional with strongfinancial managementskills. Highlyorganised, analytical, anddetail-focused. An excellent communicator who can relateto non-financial colleagues. Self motivated,adaptableand flexible Effectiveproblem-solvingskills Proficient in IT and systems A collaborative leader who enjoys working as part of a supportive team. Passionate about making a positive impactineducation and the wider community. Experience within education is welcomed but not essential—we value transferable skills and a willingness to learn. What You'll Be Doing Leading all aspects offinancial managementacross the five schools. Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and management accounts. Providing clear financial analysis and advice to school leaders and governors. Reviewing payroll, managing procurement, and financial reporting processes. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations, policies, and audit requirements.Identifyingopportunities forefficiencies, savings, and improved financial performance.
