Clinical Psychologist

LifeStance Health seeks a Clinical Psychologist for testing and/or therapy in an outpatient setting. Provide diagnostic evaluations, psychological testing, and evidence-based treatment for children, adolescents, and adults. Responsibilities include assessment, treatment planning, individual and family therapy, and clear documentation in our EMR. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and leverage robust clinical, operational, and technology support. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations and testing for children, adolescents, and adults Deliver individual, family, and group therapy using evidence-based modalities Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in the EMR accurately and timely Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other clinicians to coordinate care Provide risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention as needed Offer both in-person and telehealth services, following all clinical and ethical standards Participate in clinical consultation, peer review, and ongoing professional development Communicate treatment recommendations to patients, families, and referral sources as appropriate Required Skills Psychological assessment and testing Diagnostic evaluation (DSM-5-TR) Evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, DBT, ACT, etc.) Treatment planning and documentation Test scoring and interpretation Risk assessment and crisis intervention EMR/EHR documentation Telehealth service delivery Interdisciplinary collaboration Cultural competency in mental health care #J-18808-Ljbffr LifeStance Health
