Degree in Physical Therapy, active Physical Therapist license and 1+ year of Physical Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Current PT (Physical Therapist) license is required
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with young students and multidisciplinary teams
- Adaptability to dynamic learning environments and individualized education plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver physical therapy services to elementary students (K-5) according to individualized education plans
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Provide input during IEP meetings as a key team member
