Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Location: Hermitage, TN

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our 5th floor unit specializing in patient care. This role involves providing high-quality nursing care to patients with a focus on safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and respond to their needs.
• Document patient care activities in the Meditech system.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Assist in performing various procedures as necessary.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Valid RN license in the state of practice.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
