That means paid, organic, content, positioning, launches, and sales enablement — with a clear focus on driving measurable pipeline growth. You’ll be deep in the detail, but also helping define the playbook, the story, and the channels that scale. You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Sales to turn a strong product into a market-winning narrative. Responsibilities Run paid ads across Google, LinkedIn, Reddit, and emerging channels Manage spend and optimise towards CAC:LTV Drive SEO and GEO performance Build content across blog, landing pages, case studies, and sales collateral Own messaging, positioning, and narrative Support launches and product releases Grow organic presence through LinkedIn and email Build enablement materials for Sales Track performance and iterate quickly Help shape the marketing team as the company scales 3–7 years in product marketing, growth marketing, or B2B marketing Strong SEO and GEO knowledge Startup or high-growth B2B background Comfortable building from scratch Nice to Have Experience creating sales collateral used in live deals Content experience across blog, landing pages, email, and LinkedIn Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Reddit Ads, Google Analytics, SEO/GEO tools, CMS tools, Webflow, Figma, HubSpot, Salesforce, Notion, Google Workspace About the Team A small, sharp team that moves fast, ships fast, and keeps things focused.
