Director of Finance (Dental)

As Director of Finance, you’ll report directly to the CFO and serve as a key member of the leadership team. You will oversee all financial operations, lead a high-performing finance team, and ensure strategic alignment between financial decisions and organizational growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Leadership: Manage all aspects of financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting across a multi-site DSO environment.
• Strategic Planning: Partner with the COO and executive team to develop financial strategies that drive profitability, support expansion, and enhance operational efficiency.
• Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls, including oversight of audits and risk mitigation strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Deliver actionable insights through financial analysis to support decision-making and optimize practice-level performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Clinical, and Revenue Cycle teams to align financial goals with organizational priorities.
• Team Development: Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in a senior finance leadership role within a multi-site healthcare or DSO environment.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, EBITDA growth strategies, and financial modeling.
• Expertise in compliance and regulatory requirements for healthcare organizations.
• Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills to influence stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
