We’re looking for an energetic, people-oriented Dental Marketing & Front Office Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice and the creative force behind our community outreach. Whether you’re engaging with patients at the front desk or boosting our brand presence through marketing, you’ll play a vital role in growing our practice and ensuring every patient’s experience is exceptional. Pay $17 - $21 per hour Competitive salary based on qualifications and experience. Shift & Schedule Monday to Friday Monday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Tuesday 7:30am-5:30pm Wednesday 7:30am-5:30pm Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm Saturday: 8:15am – 1:30pm (By appointment only) Sunday: Closed Requirements Years of Professional Experience: Experienced Dental receptionist / admin with 1+ years of practice Preferences Experience in Dental Marketing Job Description Front Office Duties Greet and welcome patients with warmth and professionalism Manage phone calls, appointment scheduling, and patient inquiries Handle patient check-in/check-out and maintain accurate records Process payments and insurance documentation Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth daily operations Marketing Duties Plan and execute community outreach and marketing campaigns Create engaging social media content and manage online presence Organize local events, promotions, and patient appreciation activities Monitor marketing performance and suggest new growth ideas Build strong relationships with local businesses and partners Benefits Health insurance Paid time off Dental insurance 401(k) Life insurance Paid sick time Jobley Bonus $75 (awarded to candidates hired through Jobley) Facility Information
