Aventura at Carriage Inn is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping operations and ensure an exceptional guest experience. This leadership role is ideal for a motivated hospitality professional who takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all housekeeping operations, including guest rooms, public areas, laundry, and storage spaces.

• Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise housekeeping staff.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness, safety, and brand standards are consistently met.

• Manage inventory levels and order housekeeping supplies as needed.

• Develop and implement cleaning procedures and quality-control programs.

• Coordinate with Front Desk and Maintenance teams to ensure efficient room turnover and prompt resolution of guest requests.

• Monitor labor costs and departmental budgets.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and workplace regulations.

• Address guest concerns related to housekeeping services in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping management or supervisory experience in a nursing home or hospitality environment.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency with housekeeping management systems and Microsoft Office applications is an asset.

• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays, as required.
