Material Operator – Equipment Location: McDonough, GA 30252 Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Pay Rate: $18.51/hour Lunch Break: 30 minutes Overtime: Overtime opportunities available. Current schedules may require extended shifts and occasional Saturdays based on business needs. Schedule Flexibility: Standard schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Extended 10-hour shifts may be required: 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM Occasional 12-hour shifts may be required: 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM Mandatory overtime and Saturday work may be required based on operational demands

We are seeking dependable, safety-focused warehouse professionals with equipment operating experience to support a fast-paced distribution environment. Job Responsibilities Associates will be responsible for: Safely operating warehouse equipment, including: Electric Pallet Jack (Walkie Rider) Reach Truck Cherry Picker Stand-Up Forklift Dock Stocker Sit-Down Forklift Picking, packing, receiving, loading, unloading, and shipping products accurately. Performing cycle counts and bin counts. Reviewing dock inventory and maintaining inventory accuracy. Case picking and staging product for shipment. Loading trucks and preparing materials for transportation. Using RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to process inventory and orders. Assisting with labeling, sorting, wrapping, pallet repair, and maintaining an organized warehouse. Following all safety procedures and maintaining a safe work environment. Working overtime, extended shifts, and Saturdays as needed to meet production demands.

Requirements High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience. Minimum 1–2 years of experience operating: Cherry Picker Sit-Down Forklift Stand-Up Forklift Previous experience with RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) preferred. Must have steel-toe shoes. Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and work in a non-climate-controlled warehouse environment. Strong attention to detail and basic math skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and commitment to workplace safety. Flexibility to work overtime and adjusted schedules when required.
