HIRING IMMEDIATELY: MATERIAL HANDLER / FORKLIFT OPERATOR IN MCDONOUGH, GA

Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Material Handler / Forklift Operator to join our team in McDonough, Georgia. This individual will be responsible for safely operating material handling equipment, picking and moving inventory, loading and unloading shipments, and supporting warehouse operations while maintaining productivity and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess experience operating reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and cherry pickers, along with strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $19.51/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• Monday through Friday, 4 pm to 12:30 am
• Located in McDonough, GA

Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, electric pallet jacks, and cherry pickers
• Pick, stage, and move inventory throughout the warehouse
• Load and unload inbound and outbound shipments
• Perform case picking and palletizing duties
• Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and process orders
• Conduct pre-shift equipment inspections
• Report equipment malfunctions and safety concerns to supervisors
• Maintain accurate inventory handling and product placement
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse policies
• Support additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous experience operating Reach Trucks, Electric Pallet Jacks, and Cherry Pickers required
• Experience using RF scanners required
• Steel-toe shoes required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials safely
• Must be able to pass a background check
• Must be able to pass a drug screen
• Reliable attendance required (point attendance system in place)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
