Social Media Content Specialist at BairesDev We are looking for a Social Media Content Specialist to develop and manage engaging content that strengthens our brand presence across digital channels. This role is a blend of content creation, strategic planning, and performance analysis, ideal for someone who understands how to make content work for specific platforms and audiences. What You'll Do: Conceptualize, write, and produce social media content including copy, graphics briefs, and short-form video scripts. Manage and maintain content calendars, ensuring timely delivery across all active social channels. Collaborate with design and video teams to produce visually compelling, platform-optimized assets. Monitor content performance and provide data-driven recommendations to improve reach and engagement. Research trending topics, hashtags, and cultural moments to identify timely content opportunities. Support campaign launches by coordinating social content with broader marketing timelines. What we are looking for: 3+ years of experience in social media content creation or digital marketing. Strong writing and editing skills with experience crafting content for multiple platforms and audiences. Experience briefing and collaborating with creative teams to produce social media assets. Proficiency in social media management tools and content scheduling platforms. Good eye for design and familiarity with tools such as Canva or Adobe Express.
