Aventura Nursery & Landscape Inc. is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Secretary to be the first point of contact for our customers. This position requires excellent customer service skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and strong communication skills in both English and Spanish . Experience with plants and landscaping is highly preferred, along with familiarity with QuickBooks .
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally.
- Assist customers with plant, tree, and landscaping inquiries.
- Process sales transactions and prepare invoices.
- Schedule deliveries, installations, and appointments.
- Maintain customer records and office files.
- Assist with inventory updates and product pricing.
- Respond to emails and customer messages promptly.
- Perform data entry and general administrative duties.
- Support management and sales staff with daily office operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office.
