Outpatient Clinical Psychologist

LifeStance Health seeks an Outpatient Clinical Psychologist to provide compassionate, evidence-based care in our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this hybrid role, you will deliver individual and group psychotherapy, conduct psychological assessments, and create patient-centered treatment plans across in-office and telehealth settings. You will collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to improve outcomes, uphold high ethical standards, and support our culture of empowerment, quality, and collaboration. Responsibilities Provide outpatient individual and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities. Conduct diagnostic evaluations and psychological assessments for diverse populations. Develop, implement, and update patient-centered treatment plans. Deliver services via both telehealth and in-office visits while maintaining high clinical quality. Collaborate with psychiatrists, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Document sessions, assessments, and treatment plans in the EHR in a timely and accurate manner. Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes and best practices. Maintain strict adherence to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards in clinical practice. Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and quality-improvement initiatives. Engage in continuing education and professional development to advance skills and career growth. Qualifications Active state Psychologist license (PhD or PsyD). Doctoral degree from an APA-accredited program. Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, DBT, ACT). Malpractice insurance eligibility. Telehealth competency and training. DEA registration (if providing certain services). Proficiency in psychological assessment and diagnosis. Experience with risk assessment and crisis intervention. Ability to use Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems. Experience with outcome measurement and quality improvement. Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills. Knowledge of ethical and legal standards in psychology. Cultural competence in mental health.
