Workers' Compensation Litigation Attorney
Locations: San Diego, CA (On-site) | Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid) Compensation: Up to $215,000 per year, depending on experience Job Type: Full-Time
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Workers' Compensation Litigation Attorney to manage cases from inception through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to delivering effective legal representation.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle workers' compensation litigation matters from case inception through trial and appeal.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide case updates as needed.
- Prepare legal reports, pleadings, and other litigation-related documents.
- Develop and implement effective case strategies.
Qualifications
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- Prior litigation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and case management abilities.
Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Competitive compensation of up to $215,000 annually, depending on experience.
- San Diego position: On-site.
- Los Angeles position: Hybrid.
