Direct Support Personnel

We are looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to provide in-home support, as outlined in each client’s ISP and Service Plan. Hours Monday through Friday: 4 PM – 8 PM Weekends: Flexible for community outings During school breaks: 10 AM – 6 PM Salary Range $14.00 per hour Total Hours Minimum of 20 hours per week, with potential for up to 40 hours per week. Duties & Responsibilities Assist with personal care: grooming, hygiene, and hair care. Provide domestic assistance: cooking, cleaning, and laundry. Support health and safety: medications, physical exercises. Accurately record daily progress according to the service plan and IEP. Facilitate community engagement and social activities. Maintain open communication with the agency regarding client or family concerns. Encourage and support client growth and development at home and in the community. Qualifications At least 18 years old. Ability to read and write in English. Valid Georgia driver's license and auto insurance. CPR & First Aid certification from American Heart Association or Red Cross. Current TB test. Excellent communication skills. Additional Remarks Flexibility and adaptability are crucial.
