Job Responsibilities:


Keeps production floor clean and orderly condition by performing the following duties below.


Job Duties:
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness inside the plant.
• Operate a forklift in areas around the plant.
• Operate a sweeper machine.
• Collect and dispose of trash and recycling materials in designated containers.
• Performs preventative maintenance activities on floor scrubber and maintains cleaning solution tank.
• May clean poles, walls, and machinery.
• Report any maintenance issues related to floors, carpets, or other surfaces.
• Able to add, multiply, divide to calculate cleaning solution/water ratios.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Forklift experience preferred
• Self-motivated and able to complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
• Ability to handle and dispose of hazardous materials safely.
• Able to read and follow verbal and written directions.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Comfortable with standing, bending, twisting, walking, lifting, and reaching throughout your shift.
• The ability to stand for 8+ hours a day
• The job works in conditions with constant exposure to noise, odors, dust, drafts and chemicals.
• May include seasonally hot and humid conditions for extended periods of time.
