Physical Therapist - Outpatient Rehabilitation

A hospital in Cheraw, SC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join its outpatient rehabilitation team. This position focuses on delivering direct therapy services that support recovery, mobility improvement, and functional independence for patients in an outpatient care setting.

Position Overview

The Physical Therapist is responsible for evaluating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing ongoing therapeutic interventions based on clinical goals and physician referrals. Key Responsibilities

• Perform outpatient physical therapy evaluations and assessments

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program required
• Active and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in South Carolina required
• Current CPR certification required
• Previous rehabilitation or outpatient therapy experience preferred
• Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills required
