COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

Pay: $55,000-$65,000 annually Schedule: Monday-Friday Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

ROLE IMPACT

Provide critical legal and administrative support to a family law attorney by managing case documentation, coordinating client communications, and helping ensure cases progress efficiently while delivering exceptional client service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare, draft, and organize motions, pleadings, judgments, discovery materials, and other legal documents Maintain attorney calendars, case files, and schedule appointments, court appearances, mediations, and depositions Serve as a primary liaison between clients and the attorney, providing professional communication and timely follow-up Maintain accurate client records, monitor case activity, and promptly elevate client concerns when appropriate Assist with trial preparation and case management as needed Support attorneys and legal staff with additional administrative and case management responsibilities

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting a family law attorney Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, time management, and client service abilities Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines while working independently Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

PREFERRED SKILLS
