Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist, Oncology -Los Angeles, CA

Position Summary Field-based role driving demand for BMS medicines by delivering differentiated Customer Experience (Cx) via deeper scientific dialogue consistent with label, leveraging new ways of working and CE^3. Builds credibility with regional thought leaders and community-based physicians/HCPs as primary point of contact; liaises cross-functionally to meet HCP needs in a timely, scientific manner. Anticipated 100% time in the field with external customers. Key Responsibilities Portfolio Promotion: Promote approved indications to meet/exceed sales targets compliantly; create demand using clinical/scientific rationale; maintain/grow scientific expertise; develop and implement territory/account plans; use CE^3 insights to inform call plans and provide feedback. Fair & Balanced Scientific Dialogue: Use approved resources to ensure medical accuracy; conduct in-office presentations consistent with label; organize external speaker programs; stay current on emerging data; engage real-time Medical on Call for unsolicited/technical inquiries. Cross-functional collaboration and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and BMS policies. Required Qualifications & Experience Advanced scientific degree and/or 5+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience in healthcare sales/MSL/HCP/nurse. Ability to communicate clinical/scientific data accurately. Proven credibility-building with key customers; customer-centric mindset. Hematology/Oncology experience required. Account management and selling competency with track record of meeting/exceeding goals. Cross-functional effectiveness; strong can-do attitude.
