What You'll Do:
- Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and ADL physical functioning disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based practices
- Administer rehabilitative treatments, including ADL retraining, therapeutic exercises, modalities, and use of assistive devices
- Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatments as needed
- Evaluate treatment outcomes and modify services accordingly
- Provide consultation to patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapy plans and progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure continuous patient care
- Complete detailed discharge summaries, ensuring compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
What You Need:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Oklahoma
- NBCOT certification
- At least 1 year of relevant experience (preferred)
- Strong communication and clinical skills
- Ability to supervise support staff if applicable
