Sales Representative - Central DFW - Emergency Care (Fire/EMS)

Stryker

Field-based sales representative role focused on promoting Stryker Emergency Care products, including defibrillators and patient transport systems, to fire departments and emergency medical services in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Position involves building customer relationships, meeting sales quotas, and staying current on industry trends and competitive offerings.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell Emergency Care products to fire and EMS providers
Achieve assigned sales quota through consultative approach and product demonstrations
Build and maintain customer relationships with fire chiefs, medical directors, and administrators
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to position products effectively
Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive service and problem-solving

Requirements

High school diploma and 5+ years professional experience
Valid driver's license with good driving record
Ability to transport and demonstrate equipment up to 50 pounds
Sales or clinical background experience preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of P&L management and field testing

Compensation: 100% commission with bonuses and benefits eligible
