Job Title : CNC Machinist
Location: West Chester, PA /Onsite
Employment Type: Full-Time
Shifts: 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift
2nd Shift Differential: +15%
3rd Shift Differential: +30%
We are seeking skilled CNC Machinists for multiple openings across all shifts. The role involves setting up and operating advanced CNC equipment to produce high-precision medical device components.
The facility utilizes advanced machining technology, including Mazak Integrex, Mazak Variaxis 5-axis machining centers, Star Swiss-type CNC lathes, and multi-axis milling and turning platforms. Key Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC machining equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and process documentation.
Select tooling and perform tool/offset adjustments.
Conduct first-piece, in-process, and final inspections.
Use calipers, micrometers, indicators, and other precision measuring equipment.
Maintain tight tolerances and high-quality surface finishes.
Troubleshoot machining and production issues.
Support process improvements and production efficiency.
Perform routine machine maintenance and maintain a clean work area.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of CNC machining experience.
Ability to independently set up and operate CNC equipment.
Strong blueprint and engineering drawing interpretation skills.
Experience with precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of feeds, speeds, tooling, offsets, and machining fundamentals.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Mazak/Mazatrol controls.
Experience with Swiss-style CNC lathes.
Multi-axis or 5-axis machining experience.
Experience with Star, Tsugami, Haas, Okuma, Mori Seiki, DMG Mori, or Makino equipment.
Experience in medical device, aerospace, defense, or other tight-tolerance precision manufacturing. \nCompany Description
