Sales Coordinator - 7074Fredericka Manor Retirement Community is Hiring!Sales CoordinatorFull-Time: Sunday - Thursday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Friday and Saturday Off)Pay Range: $20.50 - $22.50 per hourSummary:Under the direction of the Director of Sales and Marketing, is responsible for varied duties as outlined below which assist each of the other members of the Sales and Marketing Department.Detailed responsibilities:Sales and Marketing Assistant - Provides quality Customer Service efficiently to residents, families, co-workers and vendors in a manner to ensure satisfactionCalls contacts and updates Sales and Marketing databaseAssists in screening calls and scheduling tours of the communityAssembles and mails brochures and other related marketing materialsPrepares, and mails follow up thank you notes as assignedAssist with Dynamics data entry and clean upAssists with follow up calls and home visitsEnsures all sales/marketing material are stocked, ordered and placed in appropriate areasAssists in marketing eventsMaintains an up to date wait listParticipates in all meetings as requested (ie top ten, refurbishment, etc)May assist with updating marketing and sales reportsMay assist with prospect communications and wait list contacts, sending weekly communications as requestedWalk through the community with an eye for cleanliness and recognizes and reports all needs for repair and housekeepingMay assist in preparing resident handbooksAssist in updating, preparing resident agreement and contractsCoordinate move-in process including interface and various departmentsMay assist with internal resident movesFollows department safety standards, practice body mechanic techniques and participate in campus-wide safety programsPerforms all duties in a safe and efficient manner Wears PPE/safety equipment as required for the job Reports any safety hazards and/or accidents to supervisorCompetencies and skills:Must be able to articulate and live out a ministry of presence and understand that this is not an appropriate venue for pushing one particular religious viewpoint or faith tradition.Must be able and willing to drive golf cart for tours within the campus (training provided)Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, and percentagesAbility to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule formAbility to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general publicAbility to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulationsAbility to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization existsMust be comfortable with religious diversity and able to provide spiritual and pastoral care to residents of all beliefs (or non-belief)Ability to write reports business correspondence, and procedure manualsEducation with Equivalent Qualifications:Essential: Bachelor's Degree or related experience in lieu of degreeExperience with Equivalent Qualifications:Essential: Previous sales, marketing, or customer relations experienceCompensation Disclaimer: The actual compensation offered will depend on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, experience, training, education, and licensure/certifications (as applicable).Front Porch is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
