Forklift Operator

Kelly is seeking experienced Forklift Operators and Material Handlers for opportunities throughout the Greater Charlotte Area.

These positions support daily warehouse, shipping, receiving, inventory, and order-fulfillment operations. Candidates should have recent experience operating one or more types of powered industrial equipment and be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Position Summary

Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently

Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers

Receive, inspect, and stage incoming products

Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment

Move and store materials throughout the warehouse

Follow all safety, quality, and productivity procedures

Compensation

The hourly pay rate ranges from $18.00 to $21.00 before taxes and deductions. The final pay rate will depend on the assignment, client location, equipment requirements, and the candidate's experience.
