BMO Financial is seeking a Senior Manager, US Accounting to lead key accounting operations for its U.S. businesses. In this role, you will oversee US GAAP reporting, month-end close, reconciliations, and financial controls, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in a regulated environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Finance, Tax, and Audit to support strategic initiatives, while driving process improvements and automation. You will lead and develop a high-performing team in an inclusive, customer-focused culture that values integrity, collaboration, and community impact.
