To strengthen our Finance and Accounting team at our location in Leuna and prospectively in Halle (Saale), we are looking for you on a part-time or full-time basis.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing financial accounting, including parts of asset accounting and preparation of monthly and annual financial statements in accordance with HGB for our clients
• Support in day‑to‑day business with the processing of digitized incoming invoices
• Support in the implementation of relevant system and financial processes as well as in the restructuring of accounting processes
• Responsibility for coordinating technical and customer‑specific requirements and monitoring contract content
• Organization and control of technical processes and projects as well as optimization of internal processes, in particular creation of guidelines, procedural instructions and other documents

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training (ideally with additional qualification in balance sheet accounting) and initial relevant professional experience
• Ideally knowledge of asset accounting
• Sound and up‑to‑date knowledge of commercial, VAT and travel expenses law
• Careful, analytical way of working and the ability to prioritize and manage tasks
• Interdepartmental thinking and action, strength in the organization and planning of work processes
• Ideally experience in working with SAP
