Summary Statement A variety of seasonal park positions may be available at Indian River Marina: IRM Maintenance I/Custodial/Grounds – $15.00/hr Must have the ability to safely operate small tools and equipment with minimal supervision, ability to paint. Responsible for maintaining the park grounds and its facilities and performing general maintenance duties. Performs custodial services in restrooms, offices and other buildings such as mopping, dusting and vacuuming. Additional duties include supporting special events, providing excellent customer service, and sharing park information with visitors. IRM Grounds/Asst. Facility Management – $15.00/hr Responsible for maintaining the marina grounds, docks, landscaping, and cottages with minimal supervision while safely operating small tools and equipment. Duties include groundskeeping, trash removal, painting, light cleaning, inspecting docks and cottages, maintaining inventory, laundering cottage linens, and ensuring cottages are guest‑ready. This position works closely with marina management, maintenance staff, and cleaning contractors to identify and resolve maintenance and housekeeping issues while providing excellent customer service and visitor information. Work is performed indoors and outdoors, weekends, evenings and holidays as scheduled to meet facility needs and must be willing to work around boats and water. Essential Functions May perform vehicle and foot patrol of assigned area. May perform custodial services for the dock. Provide excellent customer service and park information to visitors. Must be able to demonstrate responsibility, dependability, and good communication skills. Must be able to work independently. Other duties as assigned.
