️ Travel CT Technologist – CT Scan

Location: Hanford,CA
Department: CT Scan
⏳ Contract: 13 Weeks
Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Shift: Night Shift
Position: Computed Tomography (CT) Technologist

Ready to take your CT career to the next level? We’re seeking an experienced and dependable CT Technologist to join a dedicated imaging team for an exciting 13-week contract assignment .

This is a great opportunity for a skilled imaging professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working nights, and is committed to providing accurate, compassionate, and high-quality diagnostic imaging services.

• Perform CT examinations according to physician orders and department protocols.

• Prepare and position patients appropriately for CT procedures.

• Operate CT imaging equipment safely and efficiently.

• Verify patient information, medical history, and imaging orders.

• Administer contrast media when authorized and monitor patients for reactions.

• Ensure high-quality diagnostic images while minimizing patient radiation exposure.

• Follow radiation safety and infection-control procedures.

• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.

• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond appropriately to changes in condition.

• Accurately document procedures and maintain required patient records.

• Perform quality-control checks and help maintain CT equipment and a clean, safe imaging environment.

We’re looking for a CT Technologist who is:

• Experienced in Computed Tomography/CT imaging

• Detail-oriented and committed to image quality

• Comfortable working independently during night shifts

• Patient-focused and compassionate

• Able to thrive in a fast-paced healthcare environment

• Strong in communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment

• Committed to patient safety and radiation safety

• Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience preferred

• Current BLS,ARRT (CT) certification required

• Active California Radiologic Technologist license required

• Recent hospital/acute-care CT experience preferred

• Experience performing CT scans with and without contrast

• Experience with contrast administration and monitoring for adverse reactions

• Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols
