Supervisor

Responsibilities Supervising labor management and planning of inbound, outbound, product slotting and customer communication activities daily Hiring and training, planning and assigning daily work, conducting performance appraisals Supervising the receiving, warehousing and shipping of products in accordance with company objectives Conducting staff meetings to review daily/weekly work activities Managing operations to meet prescribed productivity and service goals Providing ideas and suggestions for more efficient operations Assessing priorities based on time sensitivity and available resources Delivering results by leveraging the skills of the right people Requirements High school diploma or general education degree (GED) 3 years’ experience working in a logistics/distribution/relevant environment 1 year experience in a supervisory role Prior MHE certification / knowledge of basic MHE operation preferred Satisfactory completion of a forklift training program Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power Point) RF Scanners and WMS functions Certifications & Qualifications MHE Certification Forklift Training Program Completion #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
