Qualifiedcandidateswillpossessa minimumoftwoyearsofrelevantexperienceinconcretecuttingandrelatedservices ,includingdemonstratedproficiencyoperatingequipmentsuchas wallsaws,slabsaws,coredrills,wiresaws,handsaws,diamondcutter,otherspecializedconcretecuttingequipment .Candidatesshouldhaveexperienceperformingprecisioncuttingincommercial,industrial,andconstructionenvironmentswhilemaintainingastrongcommitmentto safety,qualityworkmanship,operationalexcellence,andprofessionaldevelopment . Successfulindividualswilldemonstratetheabilitytointerpretprojectrequirements,workefficientlyinfast-pacedenvironments,maintainequipmentappropriately,andcontributepositivelytoteamsuccesswhileupholdingthehigheststandardsofsafetyandcustomerservice. Inspect,maintain,andensurethesafeoperation,cleanliness,andgeneralmaintenanceofcompanyequipment,includingvehicles,diamondblades,flatsaws,coredrills,wallsaws,jackhammers,andsmalltools. Utilizeatabletorphoneapptoaccuratelyenterandtrackhoursanddailyjobnotes. Mentorandsupporttrainees,providingguidanceandinstructiontoenhancetheirskillsandknowledge. Followallsafetyprotocolsandensurecompliancewithcompanypoliciesandregulations. Communicateeffectivelywithteammembersandsupervisorstocoordinatetasksandmeetprojectgoals. Workinvaryingenvironmentalconditions,includingrain,cold,andheat,whilemaintainingproductivityandadherencetosafetystandards. Performotherdutiesasassignedbythesupervisor.
