• Compensation & Incentives: ??
• Starting Salary:?$17.00 per hour/$34,255 annually
• Differentials: +10% for evening shifts; +20% for weekends.??

• Customer Interaction: Manage?incoming calls and support glass claims, locksmith services, and tow truck requests.?
• Problem Resolution:? Resolve customer concerns ensuring a positive experience.??
• Meaningful Impact: ?Drive customer satisfaction through meaningful interactions.?

• Experience:? Customer-facing?experience preferred. ??
• Education: ?High School Diploma or GED?required; College degree preferred.??
• Strong customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, and empathy skills.?
• Adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask across platforms.??
• Experienced in high-volume call centers with KPIs and measurable goals (preferred)
• Available?to?work evenings, weekends, and holidays.??
