What You'll Do Assist customers in selecting the right new or pre-owned vehicle Build relationships through exceptional customer service Follow up with internet, phone, and showroom customers Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives Present financing, protection products, and trade values alongside our management team Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM Deliver an outstanding purchase experience that earns lifelong customers and 5-star reviews Continuously improve through daily training and coaching What We're Looking For Positive attitude with a strong work ethic Self-motivated and goal-oriented Excellent communication skills Competitive mindset Professional appearance Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Valid driver's license Sales experience is preferred but not required—we hire attitude and train for success.
