Primary Care Physician | Adults 65+ | $235K–$260K Value-Based Primary Care | 12–15 Patients Per Day Elizabeth Banzhaf, LPN Co-Founder & COO | Heartline Staffing Heartline Staffing is recruiting a Primary Care Physician to provide preventive primary care for adults 65+, with a focus on Medicare Advantage, chronic disease management, and preventive care. Physicians see approximately 12–15 patients per day with 20–40 minute visits. Value-Based Care experience is welcomed but is not required; training is provided.

COMPENSATION

Public posting range: $235,000–$260,000 base salary Commencement bonus up to $75,000, varying by clinic Annual performance bonus: 20% of base salary Total first-year compensation: $300K+ depending on experience and performance Early sign-on bonus opportunities Relocation assistance available for moves greater than 50 miles ROLE Provide primary care for adults 65+ Focus on chronic disease management and preventive care Practice within an integrated care model Work collaboratively with NP/PAs, Medical Assistants, Social Workers, lab and pharmacy support, and referral coordination
