Pay & Benefits
- Salary Range: $70,000 to $105,000 annually based on experience
- Pay Package: Discussed upon application

What You'll Do
- Provide speech and language therapy services across outpatient and inpatient settings
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans
- Document patient progress accurately in Epic EMR
- Support children and/or adult patients with communication and swallowing disorders
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
- Engage with local schools, SNFs, and home health services as needed
- Contribute to departmental growth and patient satisfaction initiatives
What You Need
Required:- Valid Minnesota SLP license
- ASHA Certification
- BLS certification (within 1 year of hire)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant healthcare experience
- Proficiency in electronic medical records, preferably Epic
- Experience in outpatient, inpatient, SNF, or home health settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling options
