Job Description
Registered Nurse (RN)

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a commitment to providing exceptional patient care and will be responsible for a variety of nursing duties in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
Assess and monitor patient conditions and progress, documenting all relevant information.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
Educate patients and their families on health management and care plans.
Participate in unit performance improvement initiatives and adhere to evidence-based practices.

Qualifications

Valid nursing license (Nursys).
Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are a plus.
Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Demonstrated ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism.

Health and Safety Requirements

COVID-19 vaccination documentation required.
Completed health history, including MMR, Hepatitis B, and Varicella immunizations.
Negative TB test (2 Step PPD or IGRA) documentation required.
Documentation of Tdap vaccination.
Annual flu vaccination required.

Professional Requirements

Valid driver's license or state ID.
Successful completion of a criminal background check and fingerprinting.
Verification of employment history and professional references required.
