Are you a hands-on problem solver who takes pride in fixing, building, and maintaining? Do you enjoy making a real difference in a healthcare setting? We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our facility safe, comfortable, and running at its best for both residents and staff.

???? What You’ll Do
As our Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert for keeping everything in top shape. No two days are the same!
Maintain and repair mechanical and electrical equipment to ensure smooth operations
Respond quickly to maintenance requests from residents and staff
Perform a variety of repairs including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and plastering
Construct and repair building structures, partitions, and equipment using hand and power tools
Keep our grounds looking great with landscaping tasks like mowing, trimming, planting, and more ????
Assist with cleaning, inspecting, and maintaining company vehicles
Help create a safe, well-maintained environment everyone can rely on
???? What We’re Looking For Education
High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience
At least 1 year of maintenance technician experience
1 year of experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting required
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license
Must meet EveryAge’s auto insurance coverage standards
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
