• Deliver ongoing psychotherapy for various mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, using a secure HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform.

• Document client progress notes accurately and promptly to ensure continuity in care.

• Adhere to ethical standards and maintain compliance with Pennsylvania licensing regulations while engaging with a diverse client caseload.

• Actively participate in optional clinical team meetings and peer consults to foster professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Remote LCSW with Fontana Psychological Services, you will work with a diverse range of clients seeking assistance for conditions that may include anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, and challenges associated with major life transitions. You will have the opportunity to implement evidence-based treatment approaches tailored to the unique circumstances of each individual.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) designation in Pennsylvania.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited CSWE program.

• Proficiency in evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

• Adeptness with technology and comfort in utilizing telehealth platforms.

• A minimum of two years of direct clinical experience is preferred, with at least one year post-licensure.

Compensation and Benefits\n
