To support brand awareness and lease-up efforts, the full-time remote Marketing Specialist - Florida will manage digital marketing strategies, oversee community websites, and coordinate with vendors for multifamily housing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize Google Ads and social media advertising to drive traffic and engagement Oversee apartment and community management websites, ensuring accuracy and adherence to SEO best practices Coordinate marketing efforts for new construction lease-ups and ensure compliance with housing regulations Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED required; degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Experience in affordable housing marketing is essential Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and web-based marketing tools is a plus Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment Must complete all required training within thirty (30) days of hire date
