Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments through in-depth interviews to gather relevant client history and current challenges.
• Work collaboratively with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize their mental health goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other contemporary practices.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions, including intake reports and progress notes, using Electronic Health Records (EHR).
• Employ standardized outcome measures to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will involve engaging with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families, each facing unique mental health challenges. By addressing a spectrum of issues from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties and trauma, you will play a vital role in helping them navigate their personal journeys toward mental wellness.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Valid and active Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) license issued in Washington State.
• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a proven track record of successfully working with varied client populations.
• Proficient in utilizing EHR systems and the ability to document session notes promptly and effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to implement evidence-based practices in a therapeutic setting, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
