Branch Banking - Client Consultant II - Licensed Location: South Euclid, OH 44118 Job Summary Branch Banking Client Consultant II - Licensed provides best in class experience by resolving concerns and providing various product details that focus on meeting the financial needs of our clients. Focuses on client management, client retention, and introductions to key bank partners (Mortgage, Business Banking) to ensure clients have access to experts who can help them achieve their financial goals. This role includes greater lending and basic investment interactions and participates in more complex banking conversations with clients. Job Responsibilities Sales Performance – Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance (outstanding deposits, loans, non‑interest income) and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team member(s). Client Experience – Provide positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems and complaints; resolve issues timely and effectively. Deliver client engagement and education. Meet behavioral activity goals such as NextGen marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set, completed and needs met. Risk Management – Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly. Strive for no controllable losses. Additional Accountabilities – Perform moderately complex special projects and additional duties. Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies. Maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Demonstrate ability to attain sales and referral goals through appointments and quality conversations that support clients’ financial goals using phone and in‑person appointments. Engage in discovery‑based conversations and provide customized financial advice. Job Requirements Education: High School / GED / High School Equivalency. Experience: 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience in the financial services industry. NMLS registration under the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. Life and Health Insurance Licenses (required within the first 90 days). FINRA Security Industry Essentials (SIE) – required within 90 days of completing the Life and Health Insurance exam. FINRA License Series 6 – required within 90 days of passing the SIE. FINRA License Series 63 or Series 66 – required within 90 days of passing Series 6. Ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience in the financial services industry.
